The action of the Chi Machine builds up chi – (life force energy), stimulating the body’s energy levels throughout the day. The thermal energy from the HotHouse assists with cleansing and detoxifying the body and improving circulation. It is possible to combine one, two or three of the HotHouses together with a Chi Machine to create the SOQI Spa. The SOQI Spa is a personal dry sauna that bathes the body in a specific wavelength of light which penetrates deep into the body, stimulating cellular activity and elevating the temperature - this is experienced as a wonderful gentle warmth - an advanced form of thermal heat. Research has shown that the dry sauna is actually more efficient at de-toxing and removing heavy metals from the body than the wet saunas which we are more familiar with.
